Refund policy

Please email us at info@brisker.com  if you would like to return your order.

90 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Brisker, send it back for a full refund of the item cost. 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

  1. WITHIN 90 DAYS:  You may return your Brisker within 90 days from the date you received your order (when the tracking number indicates that your order was delivered). If more than 90 days have elapsed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. 

 

SHIPPING RETURN

  1. RETURN ADDRESS:   Mail your return box to Brisker Products, 5801 Mariemont Ave., Cincinnati OH, 45227, United States. 
  2. DOCUMENT:   Please place a copy of your packing slip (or a note with your name, address, email, and phone) inside the return box. You do not need a return authorization number.
  3. EXPLANATION: Write the reason for your return on the packing slip or note.
  4. CUSTOMER PAYS SHIPPING:  The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.  The refund will also be net of the original shipping cost.
  5. TRACKING/INSURANCE RECOMMENDED: A Customer making a return shipment should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  1. TWO WEEKS FOR CREDIT COMPLETION: If your refund was approved and you have not received a refund within a few business days of returning your order, check your bank or credit card account again after 10-15 business days since it can take up to 15 business days for your credit to appear on your card statement.
  2. CONTACT US: If you have waited 10-15 days, checked your card statement, and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@brisker.com.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  1. WITHIN 90 DAYS OR 2 YEARS IF WARRANTY ACTIVATED:  If you received a Brisker in a defective or damaged condition, you may return it within 90 days from the date you received your order (when the tracking number indicates that your order was delivered) or within 2 years from the date you purchased the item if you activated your warranty. If this is the case, please notify Brisker Products by email info@brisker.com . If more than 90 days, or 2 years with an activated warranty, have elapsed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. DOCUMENT:  If you received your unit in a defective or damaged condition, then please email photos, if possible, of the defect or damage to us at info@brisker.com  .
  3.  APPROVAL:  Your photos will be inspected, if it is clear to have been damaged or defective from the photos in Brisker Products’ reasonable determination and your return is within the permitted time period, your exchange will be approved, and you will be shipped a replacement Brisker.  If it is not clear from the photos, and the return is within the permitted time, then Brisker Products will pay the shipping cost to return the unit to Brisker Products to inspect it, and you will be shipped a new replacement Brisker.
