I have had a Brisker for 40+ years. My old one’s magnetic strip stopped gripping and the replacement strip I ordered didn’t stay in place so I purchased a new Brisker. It’s still a great product but I liked the smaller size of my old one much better. This one takes up way too much counter space in my tiny kitchen.

I use to have a Brisker decades ago at a lake house in the Adirondacks. Always kept everything crisp and dry and warm. Now in Florida I was faced with 75% humidity and stale crackers once again, but I remembered the Brisker from back then and went in search of trying to find one. To my delight the Brisker Company is still making this great product. If you are wondering if the price is worth it just think of how many times you have thrown away stale packages of things that were crisp upon opening. It pays for it's self!!

We've had a Brisker Crisper for many years. We live in Hawaii so crackers, chips, and cookies get very soggy, but not with a crisper!!! We're not sure why everyone doesn't know about this simple effective appliance - everyone needs one in any climate but especially if you have humidity. When I moved to Florida 20 years ago a friend had suggested I get a Brisker to save me from soggy chips & crackers in all the humidity. I did, and fell in love with the ease to store snacks after they had been opened. It paid for itself in the first year by saving food that wasn’t thrown away. Unit performs as advertised, and I don't expect to not go without one again.

This new Brisker was bought as a wedding gift for a dear family friend. Our Brisker story goes back to the 1970s or 80s, which is when the one in our home was purchased. Yes, it has been in service for over 40 years. Drying and preserving crackers, cereal and the like. Also keeping salt and pepper mills functioning in our coastal home. Not to mention being used to dry a just-cleaned jar before it may be refilled with spices, or practically anything else where moisture is the enemy. In days past, we even kept our postage stamps in the Brisker during the summer. Can't imagine being without one.

Unfortunately, it arrived damaged but they were nice enough to send a replacement. Unfortunately, that was also damaged and, now they won’t return my phone calls. We have had a Brisker at our Lake Michigan cottage for more than 40 years! It has worked properly all this time. Of course, we do unplug it during the off season! The old one was looking a bit sad and I decided to replace it. The new handle and magnetic strip are HUGE improvements over the older model. I highly recommend this product if you are in a moist humid location. I may buy another one for our winter home in Florida.

First one delivered was damaged (the door did not align with the base). They suggested some good suggestions to repair which unfortunately did not work. So they replaced it for free. Great customer service for a great product.

We've always had issues with our chips, cookies, snack nuts, etc., staying crisp after opening (even though we were careful to reclose the bags with chip clips or whatever other method was available). With the Brisker we can now keep these items fresh without even closing the bags they are in. In addition, these snacks are actually warm when we take them out of the Brisker to eat, which is a real plus. Wish we had tried the Brisker sooner.
